  5. Regularly Engage in Activities such as Sports/Exercise, Music or Meditation
  6. Learn from Setbacks and Mistakes
  7. For Important Decisions… Seek Expert, Independent Advice
  8. Have a Good Partner/Confidante, and a Good Social Network, Including Mixing with the Very Young and the Very Old
